Autumn has settled into Series 2, and Week 2 brings a pretty simple task list if you know where to look. The headline reward is decent, too: 25,000 credits and 5 Series points for anyone who clears the full set. If you are short on cash and want a quicker start, it can help to check FH6 Credits before you burn half an evening grinding for a car you only need for one challenge.
Get the Syclone first
The weekly challenge is built around the 1991 GMC Syclone, so that is where you need to begin. The cleanest route is still the Autoshow. Buy it, jump in, and take it for a short drive so the game actually logs the pickup. That little bit matters more than people think. If you skip the drive, you can end up wondering why the first step has not ticked over.
Of course, the auction house is always worth a glance if you are not in a hurry. Some players list challenge cars once they have finished, and you may spot the Syclone for less than the showroom price. Early in the week, though, listings can be a bit messy. Prices jump around. A few sellers try their luck. If you want to avoid the noise, Autoshow is still the safest move, even if it feels a little boring.
Drag racing at Irokawa Quarter Mile
Once the truck is yours, head to Irokawa Quarter Mile Drag Meet in the southern part of Nangan Region. If you have already unlocked fast travel around Irokawa Space Center, this part is easy. Otherwise, just drive there and use the drag meet icon when you arrive. You need to finish two races at that location, and it helps to join a proper grid slot rather than a public mess with randoms all over the place.
There is also a small settings tweak that makes life easier. Turn off Traction Control and Stability Control if you are happy to manage the launch yourself. The Syclone can put power down well enough, but it still benefits from a clean start. And yes, you do need Green Wristband access before the mode opens up. If you have played a while, you probably already have it. If not, that is the first thing to sort before anything else.
Working the Wreckage skill
The third step asks for three Awesome Wreckage skill rewards, which sounds fussier than it really is. You just need to smash roadside objects with enough speed to keep the game happy. Signs, poles, small barriers, whatever is lined up along the road will do. The catch is speed control. Push too hard and the rating jumps past Awesome into Ultimate, which looks better on screen but does not count for this step.
That is why a short, open stretch of road is better than some crowded backstreet. Build speed, clip a few easy objects, and keep it tidy. You do not need to be dramatic about it. In fact, the calmer approach tends to work better. A lot of players overdo this part by flooring it everywhere, then end up having to reset because the game gave them the wrong rating. A bit of restraint saves time.
Winning a Street Race
The final task is to win a Street Race in the Syclone. These events only run at night, and they are a little less forgiving than normal circuit races. Traffic gets in the way. The racing line is gone. Corners can catch you out fast if you turn in too early or brake too late. It is the sort of event where one silly mistake can snowball into a bad finish, so it is worth staying patient.
If you want the safest route, pick a Street Race you know well and lower the difficulty if needed. Rainbow Bridge Descent in Irokawa is a solid choice, especially if you have already unlocked it. The Syclone is not a bad match for this kind of race, but it is still a truck, so don't treat it like a lightweight sport coupe. Brake a touch earlier, keep the lines neat, and you should get the win without much fuss.
