Honestly, I’ve been waiting for news on Version 3.0 Phase 2 for quite a while.

Norma’s limited featured agent banner is finally going live on July 8. As a player who’s been running Stun team comps since the game’s launch, I feel a mix of anticipation and unease about this agent — I’m thrilled by how truly unique her kit is, yet I can’t help but wonder if her actual gameplay feel will live up to my expectations.

Norma Hollowell is an S-Rank Fire Stun Specialty Agent with the ESD. Her base stats are fairly unremarkable on paper, but what really stands out is the entire playstyle enabled by her iconic "hat".

Her core mechanic is Chamber Preheat once she deploys her hat or auto turret, the resource keeps stacking even after she swaps out. What this means in practice is you dont have to keep her glued to the field like you do with some other Stun agents. She can quietly build up Chamber Preheat off-field, and you swap her back in to unleash a burst once the stacks are maxed. For players like me who arent great at mechanics but still want to pull off consistent Chain Attacks, this design is an absolute lifesaver.

Even more game-changing is her enhanced Chain Attack mechanic. With enough stacks, she can actively trigger the Chain Attack of the previously fielded agent no waiting for the standard Quick Assist gauge to fill. This gives the team a noticeable boost in overall Chain Attack frequency, making combat flow with a much tighter, more satisfying rhythm. On top of that, her auto turret both consistently builds Daze on enemies and delivers steady off-field Fire DMG, making her kit incredibly well-rounded in utility.

Her CRIT Rate conversion passive is also a really clever touch excess CRIT Rate is converted into both CRIT DMG and bonus Daze. For her build, CRIT stats deliver much higher value alongside the core Impact stat, so you dont have to write off CRIT rolls entirely. With a max 40% Daze increase on her own attacks, the improvement to her Stun Specialty performance is immediately tangible, making her a solid investment for players like me who love pouring all their resources into one main team.

Ill most likely be staying up late pulling for her the moment the banner goes live on July 8. This time Ive stocked up on all my resources in advance to avoid last-minute scrambling when it comes to character pulls, speed is the name of the game. Speaking of speed, a friend recently recommended a direct top-up platform called COCODP that specializes in fast game recharges. I used to get stuck constantly at the payment step with other platforms, which was infuriating, but this one has been totally hassle-free.

Getting back to Norma — her official character EP Chaos.exe has already been released. I’ve watched it twice, and the vibe fits her character perfectly: an elegant, polished exterior hiding a chaotic, troublemaking streak. When she goes live, there will also be a character demo and story content on the way, so I’m looking forward to seeing what other surprises are in store.

All in all, Norma is a game-changing agent that can completely rework your team’s playstyle. Boasting high-frequency Chain Attacks, off-field Chamber Preheating, and on-field burst damage, her Stun efficiency is immediately and noticeably high. If you’re lacking a Fire Stun agent, or if you enjoy fast-paced Chain Attack-centric combat, she’s definitely worth pulling for.

Alright, that’s all I’ve got to say about Norma for now. I’m going to grind through my dailies over this period to stock up on more resources. If I still come up short when the time comes, I’ll probably grab one last top-up from that COCODP platform I mentioned earlier. Fingers crossed I don’t get too many off-banner pulls this time.
